Ms. Ponmalar is a very committed educational professional with over 19 years of experience in managing institutions as a principal and an educator for 30 years specialising in curriculum development, organisational leadership and teacher development. Ms. Ponmalar has mentored and trained teachers throughout her educational journey.

Presently working as, a mathematics resource person and mathematics content development at Academy for Creative Teaching, Bangalore. She is also a Career Counsellor at I am Mindful Academy, Bangalore. She is passionate about teacher training and content development.
