At Aarnavi Ed-com Services, we believe that impactful education begins with empowered educators. As part of our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives, we recently conducted a three-day teacher training programme at Jain Heritage School, Hebbal, bringing together educators, academic leaders, and expert facilitators in a collaborative journey of learning, reflection, and innovation.

As trusted partners to leading educational institutions, we continue to design and deliver training experiences that are practical, future-focused, and aligned with evolving classroom needs. This year’s training series once again created a vibrant platform for educators across Toddler, Primary, and Secondary sections to strengthen instructional practices and deepen professional understanding.

Day 1: Setting the Foundation for Reflective and Engaging Learning

Every meaningful educational transformation begins with purposeful conversations. The opening day of the training programme focused on strengthening classroom pedagogy through themes such as play-based learning, differentiated instruction, and competency-driven teaching practices.
The sessions encouraged educators to connect theory with real classroom experiences, creating opportunities for reflection, collaboration, and actionable learning.
The programme was thoughtfully facilitated by distinguished educators including Dr. Sarada Chandrasekaran, Ms. Renuka, and Ms. Malathi Balasubramaniam, whose combined expertise brought depth and practical relevance to every discussion.
Educators actively engaged in conversations around:
  • Designing learner-centric classroom experiences
  • Adapting instruction for diverse learner needs
  • Building competency-focused teaching strategies
  • Encouraging reflective teaching practices
The sessions established a strong and inspiring beginning for the days ahead.

Day 2: Strengthening Observation, Thinking, and Student Well-Being

The second day of the programme expanded the focus toward learner understanding, assessment practices, and student well-being—areas that are increasingly essential in modern education systems.
Educators across grade levels participated in enriching sessions that explored:
  • Observation-based assessment strategies
  • Learner identification and support systems
  • Building higher-order thinking in classrooms
  • Understanding and supporting adolescent well-being
Dr. Sarada Chandrasekaran led insightful discussions on adolescent well-being and the role of educators in creating emotionally safe learning environments. Ms. Malathi Balasubramaniam guided teachers through effective learner identification and assessment approaches, while Ms. Saritha facilitated engaging conversations on developing critical and higher-order thinking skills among students.
The sessions created a meaningful space for educators to reflect on their classroom practices while taking back practical strategies that can directly enhance student learning experiences.

Day 3: Embracing Innovation and Inclusive Pedagogy

The final day of the training programme focused on future-ready teaching practices and the evolving needs of today’s learners.
Educators engaged in dynamic professional development sessions centred on:
  • AI-integrated and computational thinking pedagogy
  • Inclusive practices for diverse learners
  • Skill-based and competency-driven instruction
  • Effective classroom resource utilisation
The discussions encouraged teachers to think beyond conventional approaches and explore innovative strategies that prepare learners for a rapidly changing world.
The collaborative environment enabled educators to exchange ideas, reflect on current classroom challenges, and build stronger instructional practices aligned with contemporary educational expectations.
